ZEN Seeds - Ear Seeding Kit -SILVER

• 20 x Silver Ear Seeds
• 1 x Silver Tweezers
• 1 x Acupuncture Point Probe
• 1 x Booklet
• 3 x Alcohol Wipes

Step 1: Begin by gently wiping the ear with an alcohol wipe to eliminate any oils on the skin. Allow the ear to dry completely.

Step 2: Refer to the instruction card to locate the ear anatomy and identify the acupuncture points using the probe provided.

Step 3: Using tweezers, carefully remove the seeds from their packaging and place them on the designated pressure points on the ear, following the guidance provided in the instruction card. Hold each seed in place on the ear for 10 seconds before applying the next one.

Step 4: Once all seeds are applied, gently massage the ear at least three times daily to ensure proper stimulation of the pressure points.

Step 5: After five days of treatment, remove the seeds by tilting your head to the side where the seeds are located and peel off the clear plasters.

Please Note:

• Do not reuse the seeds once they have been removed.
• Each pack provides for 3 or more treatments.
• This treatment is not recommended during pregnancy, as certain points may potentially induce early labor.
• If applying a new set of seeds immediately after removal, it's advisable to switch to the opposite ear. If reapplying to the same ear, wait at least two days after the removal of the previous seeds.
